Is my order confirmed/placed?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out.

How to reset my password?

If you have forgot your password you have to click reset password on the login page, Tell us your email id which is linked with your account we will send you link via mail to rest your password

How to stop getting promotional mails?

Click on the email preference select the type of mails you want to hear from us and save your preference

Is it safe to pay online?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

Can I avail Cash On Delivery?

Yes, you can pay us in cash after getting the product. We accept COD on xxx number of Pin codes.

I was unable to place the order  but the amount got deducted

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at orders@indimammoth.com

How can I track my order?

To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account.

Click My Account> My Orders>Track Order

You will get your order status

In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

How much time it takes to deliver the product?

Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

How can I cancel/modify my order?

You can cancel/modify your order before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped we won’t be able to cancel the product, still you can get in touch with us we will see if we can work it out for you.

If you have made any payment the same would be refunded within 7 working day. You will be notified once your payment is refunded. You can also check it under <Manage Order>

If the product doesn’t fit your expectations then you can return/exchange your order within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

Please note that used or tampered product would not be entitled for return/refund/exchange

How can I generate my refund?

The refunds generally gets processed in 7 working days from the day of cancellation. You will be notified once your payment is refunded. You can also check it under <Manage Order>. If the return doesn’t gets process after 7 days do email us at orders@indimammoth.com

I have received a wrong/ defective  product, what should I do?

If you receive a  wrong/defective product, please initiate a return we will replace it no questions asked or reach out to us at orders@indimammoth.com
